2010 Lincoln Cent Design Proposal LP-09 featuring the American Flag. This is one of two views which features the flag by itself. In this version, all of the inscriptions are confined to the outer rim of the coin. The flag breaks the rim in portion of the coin. Once again the arrangement seems a bit too artistic for the small canvas of the Lincoln Cent.
